A Proverb for the Day (13:2)

“A man shall eat well by the fruit of his mouth, But the soul of the unfaithful feeds on violence” (Proverbs 13:2 NKJV). How do your words taste? Are they good and pleasant or bitter and spiteful? We need to realize whatever words we sow, we will have to reap what is produced from them. Those who speak good and useful words to others will enjoy what is produced, but those who speak treacherously and deceitfully will not like what they have for supper.

Note: I normally quote from the NASU, but the NKJV has a much better translation on this verse.
